The primary components are all sealed in the sealed gas box welded with stainless steel plate, filled with 0.04MPa sF6 gas as the insulation medium, with the protection grade of iP67, which can completely avoid the influence of external environment and climate on the switch cabinet, and reliably operate in the basement, plateau, frozen soil, coastal, humid and other harsh environment,realizing maintenance free.
Safety and reliability
The switch cabinet has reliable five prevention mechanical interlocking, which can prevent misoperation. All high voltage components, including cable terminals, arresters, current transformers and voltage transformers, are sealed with grounded metal enclosure, safe and touchable.
Simple installation and operation
The product is designed according to the modular structure, the scheme combination is flexible, and the operation is simple and convenient, The side connection between cabinets is made by side parallel bus connector, which is convenient for installation.The voltage transformer and lightning arrester are installed outside the gas box to facilitate installation and replacement.

Product Structure
The vacuum circuit breaker is located in an inflatable compartment, the bus and the three position switch are in another inflatable compartment. The inflatable compartment is made of non-magnetic stainless steel plate by laser cutting and welding, and the non welded sealing connection surface is sealed with O-shaped rubber ring.
The gas filled compartment of the circuit breaker is equipped with a cable connecting sleeve, which can be connected with multiple cables in parallel, voltage transformer or lightning arrester ,etc. the annular core current transformer is installed on the cable and fixed with the switchgear frame.
The product is of three-phase common box type and air box integrated design structure, which is composed of integrated inflation compartment, low-voltage chamber (instrument room, operating mechanism room), cable compartment, etc.
A pressure relief device is set on the upper part of the inflatable compartment. When the internal pressure of the inflatable compartment exceeds a certain limit value, the pressure relief device will automatically open to release gas, so as to ensure the safety of operators and products.
The bus connection between cabinets is realized by connecting the top expansion bus connector.

Epoxy casting dry voltage transformer, plug-in design, fully enclosed combined type.It is connected with the primary system through the cable plug and socket, and the product has its own fuse.
Current transformer
Technical features:
Cable core type current transformer with ring core structure. Its ring core and secondary winding are vacuum cast in flame retardant stainless steel shell with high quality epoxy resin, which is maintenance free, it is installed outside the gas box and is not affected by primary high voltage.

Operating procedures
Power transmission operation
Operate the circuit breaker to open → operate the three position switch from the grounding position to the isolation position → operate the three position switch from the isolated position to the closing position → operate the circuit breaker to close
Blackout operation
operate the circuit breaker to open → operate the three position switch from the closing position to the isolation position→operate the three position switch from the isolation position to the grounding position→detect that the circuit at the cable side is in the state of power loss switch on the circuit breaker
Interlock Function
(a)Prevent the circuit breaker from closing again;
(b)Only when the three position switch is in any working position of closing, isolating or grounding, can the circuit breaker be closed or opened;
(c)When the handle of the three position switch is not taken out, or the switch is not in place in the process of connection,isolation or grounding of the three position switch, the circuit breaker cannot be closed;
(d)When the grounding knife is in the grounding position and the high-voltage cable room is charged, the manual and electric locking circuit breaker is closed to prevent the incoming line from being charged to lock the grounding switch;
(e)When the circuit breaker has no operating power supply, both manual and electric locking circuit breaker are closed;namely, the circuit breaker is closed under voltage loss; if the secondary control circuit has no working power supply and the circuit breaker needs to be closed and opened on site, the circuit breaker panel shall be disassembled first, and the locking electromagnet connecting rod shall be manually pulled up to realize the closing and opening of the circuit breaker manually.
(f)If there is no special instruction for ordering, the circuit breaker has been equipped with electrical anti tripping function.
