Description
Enclosure Platform
The Control E-House is built on a transportable, liftable, and maintainable steel structure providing centralized installation space for protection, control, communications, DC power, UPS, and station control equipment. Enclosure design is adapted around zoning, door configuration, cable entry openings, maintenance access, and equipment interface requirements — confirmed from the customer’s equipment list before manufacture.
Equipment Layout
Internal layout must coordinate panel dimensions, front-access operation, rear-access maintenance, terminal wiring, fiber routing, inter-panel cabling, spare positions, and expansion space. ETENZ develops installation foundations, aisle widths, door swing, equipment stops, and cable tray paths from the customer’s panel list and station control diagram — the confirmed layout becomes the manufacturing basis.
Interface & Cable Management
Cable entry openings, trays, fiber routes, terminal boxes, earthing bars, lightning protection, inter-panel cabling, and field communications interfaces can be pre-fabricated to installation-ready condition. Interface design is coordinated with site wiring and communications architecture — reducing field modification work at site connection.
Operating Environment
Secondary equipment is sensitive to temperature, humidity, condensation, dust, and power continuity. HVAC configuration follows equipment heat load, site climate, altitude, anti-corrosion grade, and unattended operation requirements. Air conditioning, ventilation, dehumidification, filtration, and environmental monitoring interfaces are coordinated with the enclosure design and confirmed before manufacture.
Manufacturing & Delivery
For protection relay manufacturers, automation equipment suppliers, system integrators, project delivery teams, and international delivery programs, ETENZ supports structural detailed design, prototype verification, batch replication, brand appearance, nameplate packaging, pre-shipment inspection, and delivery documentation. Batch programs can standardize enclosure types, interface libraries, and inspection procedures to improve multi-site delivery consistency.
