Description
Enclosure Structure & Panel Layout
The 110kV Secondary Equipment E-House is built on a transportable, liftable, maintainable steel structure providing centralized installation space for protection, control, communications, DC power, UPS, and station-control equipment. Enclosure design is adapted around zoning, door configuration, cable entries, maintenance access, and equipment interfaces — the layout confirmed from the customer’s panel list and station-control diagram becomes the manufacturing basis, with front-access operation and rear-access maintenance coordinated before manufacture.
Auxiliary Power & Wiring Interface
Lighting, service sockets, auxiliary power, earthing bars, lightning protection, terminal boxes, and inter-panel cable routes can be pre-fabricated to installation-ready condition, giving secondary panels clear power and wiring boundaries. Interface design is coordinated with site cable and fiber routing so site teams connect by interface list, reducing on-site opening and re-wiring.
HVAC, Dehumidification & Thermal Management
Secondary equipment is sensitive to temperature, humidity, condensation, dust, and power continuity. HVAC configuration follows equipment heat load, site climate, altitude, anti-corrosion grade, and unattended-operation requirements. Air conditioning, ventilation, dehumidification, filtration, and monitoring interfaces are coordinated with the enclosure design and confirmed before manufacture.
Earthing & Cable Management
Cable entries, trays, fiber routes, terminal boxes, earthing bars, equipotential bonding, and lightning protection can be pre-fabricated to installation-ready condition. Raised floor and trays organize power, control, and earthing cables in layers; earthing and cable interfaces are coordinated with site wiring and communications architecture, reducing field modification on arrival.
Monitoring, Communications & O&M Interfaces
Cabinet positions, cable routes, and interface boundaries are reserved for SCADA, EMS, BMS, station-control communications, fiber, and data acquisition. Access control, video, smoke/temperature detection, fire interfaces, and emergency lighting are pre-fabricated with the enclosure, providing complete monitoring, communications, and safety access for unattended operation and remote management.
