Product Overview
Distribution transformer is usually pole mounted or installed in distribution station for daily lighting and factory power whose LV output up to 0.4kV. The rating of transformer is up to 2500kVA,and primary voltage up to 35kV. Hermetically sealed distribution transformer manufactured by us are with corrugated radiators. The corrugated tank as a thermal expansion and contraction components enable the transformer oil completely isolated with the atmosphere . Distribution transformer with primary voltage range of6,10,10.5,20,35kV can be manufactured according to the requirement of client.
Product Features
- The distribution transformer is optimally designed with patented technology and software, and its performance parameters and requirements comply with Chinese national standards such as GB1094, GB/T6451, and GB/T25446.
- The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets produced by the step-lap technology of the automatic core lamination line from GEORG in Germany.
- The oil tank is of the corrugated type and fabricated by the ultra-corrugation tank wall production line of GEORG in Germany. The tank surface pretreatment liquid and coating powder adopt international top brands. The tank is degreased, pickled, phosphated, and electrophoresed by the automatic GEORG production line, and then powder sprayed and heat-solidified. The transformer tank has high corrosion resistance.
- The high-voltage winding of the distribution transformer is made of high-strength enameled wire or paper-insulated wire, and the low-voltage winding is made of high-strength enameled wire or paper-insulated wire and copper tape winding, which provides a uniform distribution of ampere-turns and a reasonable insulation structure, thus having a high ability to withstand short-circuits.
- The active part adopts a core free-hanging structure. The gasket is made of high-quality acrylate rubber, which can inhibit aging caused by sunlight and heat.
