Application:

The FKN12A-12D pressurized air load switch and FKRN12A-12D series of pressurized air load switch-fuse combination electrical appliances are designed for use in three-phase distribution systems of up to 12kV and below. They serve as control and protection devices for transformers, cables, overhead lines, and other power equipment. These devices are especially suitable for use in grid terminal substations, box-type substations, and the control and protection of ring network and double radiation power supply units.

They serve as control and protection devices for transformers, cables, overhead lines, and other power equipment. Environmental Conditions:

  1. Ambient Air Temperature: The upper limit is +40°C, and the lower limit is -25°C.
  2. Altitude: The altitude should not exceed 1000 meters.
  3. Relative Humidity: The daily average relative humidity should not exceed 95%, and the monthly average relative humidity should not exceed 90%.
  4. Seismic Intensity: The seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees.
  5. Environmental Hazards: These devices should not be installed in places with fire or explosion hazards, chemical corrosion, or violent vibration.
  6. Filth Level: Filth level is categorized as II.

Structural Features:

  1. The load switch, grounding switch, fuse, and mechanism are housed in a single frame, offering flexibility in combination, a compact structure, small size, and easy installation.
  2. The devices use a direct-acting arrangement for breaking, with high dynamic and thermal stability current parameters, allowing for one-time operation.
  3. They feature a static contact insulating cover.
  4. The devices are designed to be installed in environments without fire or explosion hazards, chemical corrosion, or violent vibrations.
  5. They have a static contact insulation cover that isolates the structure within the ring network cabinet, eliminating the need for interphase insulation partitions and breakout insulation boards, thus preventing arc short-circuit accidents within the cabinet.
  6. These devices have a unique live door structure. After the load switch is tripped, the earthing switch closes, and the live door also closes, ensuring good protection performance.
  7. There is a reliable mechanical interlocking device between the load switch, grounding switch, and fuse.
  8. These devices offer two operation forms: manual and electric, with AC and DC operation power supply options.
  9. The products comply with national standards such as GB3804 and GB16926.
